Responsibilities
As Director of Operations, Alison supervises Sapphire's Post Sales Service and Major Accounts Specialist teams in addition to Employee Development. Under her umbrella of responsibilities fall client contract compliance, field support and operations, Internal training and development, policy and procedure review and standardization of business practices.

Company History
Alison joined in 1997 as a Technical Recruiter. In 1999, Alison created and launched the Sapphire Recruiting division and in 2001 advanced to become a Regional Sales Manager. She moved to the operations side of the business in 2003 when she coordinated the efforts involved with the implementation of a new sourcing and contact management software for the company. Alison was also strategically involved with the development and launch of Sapphire’s internal training program. Alison was named Director of Operations in 2004.
