Chris is a graduate of Rollins College where he earned a BA degree in Mathematics in 1992.

Responsibilities
In his current position, Chris oversees a newly created division which is focused on service delivery model catered to large scale clients seeking a virtual delivery model and lower total cost of transaction. He is also responsible for developing strategic account plans that ensure complete customer satisfaction including recruiting strategy, sales delivery, and contract compliance. He offers both customers and internal employees a considerable amount of business development, team building, management, sales, and staffing industry experience.

Company History
Chris joined Sapphire Technologies in 1996 as an Account Manager working out of the company's corporate headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. After quickly establishing himself as a key contributor, Chris was promoted into a management role in 1999. As a Branch Manager, Chris was tasked with the responsibility of opening a start-up office in Hartford, Connecticut. His region then expanded to cover New England and Sapphire's Canadian operations in Toronto, Ontario. Then in 2005, Chris was promoted to Director of National Accounts where he was responsible for overseeing business development, recruiting and support for Sapphire's most strategic clients nationwide. In 2008 Chris was named Managing Director of Corporate Accounts.
