Program Overview
We believe that great people usually associate with other great people. Whether you know someone who is looking for a new, exciting position in IT, or have a colleague who needs to hire professional staff, tell us about them! A cash reward is given if we work with them! This program allows us to expand our network and contact new clients and consultants through our most valuable channel of communication—those who already work with us!
Participation Details
Simply submit your referrals online or contact your local recruiter. We will track them for you and if your referral is placed on contract for three months or longer, we will pay you a referral fee based on the below tiers.
- $500 for the first referral
- $750 for the second referral
- $1000 for the third referral
Rules and Restrictions
- Referral fee amounts are paid out after referral works three months of service.
- Referral fees are subject to tax.
- Referrals are valid for one year from date of referral.
- Sapphire Technologies has no previous knowledge of the referred candidate or has not contacted the candidate within the past 6 months.
- Sapphire Technologies was not aware of the referred candidate’s availability.
